Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the SkyFunity Bot processes information required to provide its Discord, Minecraft and Creator/Social-Media features.

1. Information processed

Depending on the feature used, the bot may process Discord user and server identifiers, ticket and application information submitted by users, Minecraft usernames/UUIDs and account-link information, role/rank information, Creator submissions and attached media, review/status information, and technical data needed to operate integrations.

2. TikTok integration

When an authorized SkyFunity account connects TikTok, the integration may process TikTok account authorization data and access tokens required to use enabled TikTok features. Creator media approved for publication may be transmitted to TikTok when an authorized team member initiates publishing.

3. Purpose

Information is processed to operate community support, applications, Minecraft account linking, role synchronization, Creator workflows, social-media publishing and related security and administration functions.

4. Sharing

Information is shared only as necessary to operate requested features, including with service providers and connected platforms such as Discord, Minecraft-related services and TikTok. SkyFunity does not sell personal information.

5. Storage and security

Operational data may be stored on the server hosting the SkyFunity Bot. Access is limited to authorized functions and team members. Data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant feature, moderation, security or administrative purpose.

6. User choices

Users may contact the SkyFunity team to ask about information associated with their use of the bot and to request deletion where applicable, subject to legitimate retention requirements.
